Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

The item(s) being returned must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide details of the product(s) you wish to return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund within [X] days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
